Sabelt GT-Pad XL (FIA) with integrated MTC-P Extreme 2 Seat Haptics

I’ve gone through a bunch of different haptic setups over the years, and I can honestly say this is on a whole different level.

I picked up the haptics from SensitHaptics for my new Sabelt GT Pad seat in combination, and from the moment I installed them, I knew this wasn’t your typical “strap a shaker to the seat and call it a day” kind of deal. The integration with my Sabelt GT Pad seat feels super intentional — like it was meant to be there from the start. I still use some of the Sabelt pads that came with it on the side.

First thing I noticed was how clean and tight the feedback feels. It’s not just loud buzzing or random rumble. You can actually feel what the car is doing. What I particularly like about iRacing is the implementation of wheel slip. This is completely new to me and I haven't been able to achieve it like this before. it all comes through in a way that feels detailed and controlled, not muddy. When the rear steps out, you know exactly when and how much. That alone has helped me catch slides earlier and drive more consistently.

Another big plus is comfort. Even with the haptics working hard, the seat still feels comfortable during long sessions. There’s no weird pressure points or harsh vibration that makes you want to turn it down after 180 minutes. It just blends into the experience and makes everything more immersive.

Installation was way easier than I expected, too. Everything felt well thought out and high quality. No cheap parts, no sketchy mounting solutions — just solid hardware that fits right and works.

What really sets this apart, though, is how natural it feels. Instead of just adding noise, it adds information. It’s the first time I’ve used seat haptics where I genuinely felt like it was improving my driving instead of just adding immersion for fun (although yeah, it definitely makes things more fun too).

If you’re running a Sabelt GT Pad and you’re on the fence about adding haptics, I’d say go for it. This is hands down the best seat haptics setup I’ve ever used. Totally worth it.
